The Big Family Ski Park, located at the top of the Gamsgarten lift, offers lessons for the resort's youngest guests under the guidance of highly qualified instructors. Children from the age of four are accepted. Depending on their age and ability, children are divided into the following groups Mini B — children from 4 years old, children group — from 6 years old and the youth group — children from 12 to 15 years old.
The first attempts at skiing take place in Miniland, a special area for beginners. Here, children get to know the snow, play and take their first steps on skis. Once they have learnt how to ski and ski downhill, they move on to the next area, Kinderland, where they can consolidate their skills in a fun and playful way on the Wallenbane and Kids' Slalom.
The children's area is equipped with four covered conveyors for comfortable and safe climbing, lots of colourful flags, paths and slopes to improve skating skills in a relatively short time.
During their lessons, the youngsters will be visited by fairytale characters — the park's B symbols. Big B and Mini B, who are sure to pay attention to each student. Lessons in the Kinderland area last four hours a day.
After the training, there will be a "Big Family Bordercross" competition for children near the Murmelebahn. All participants will receive certificates and medals. In addition to skiing, children can learn to snowboard at the huge and modern Moreboards Stubai Zoo Snow Park.
