The Brevard Music Center Summer Institute & Festival is a prestigious summer training program for young musicians aged 14-29. In total, students, faculty, and visiting artists present around 80 public concerts each season. Programs for All Levels The Brevard Music Center offers programs for both high school and college divisions: High School Division (ages 14-18): Includes orchestral studies, piano, voice (classical and musical theater), jazz, composition, classical guitar, saxophone, low brass seminar, and flute seminar. College Division (ages 18-29): Offers advanced studies in orchestral music, piano, collaborative piano, opera, jazz, composition, classical guitar, saxophone, low brass seminar, and flute seminar. Enriching Experiences Students benefit from private lessons and have the opportunity to participate in recitals, chamber music sessions, and masterclasses.
