Journey into the vibrant world of creativity with the Des Moines Art Center's summer camp. Here, a child's imagination is the only boundary. Every summer from June to mid-August, the art center opens its doors to young aspiring artists aged 5 to 14, offering them a week-long immersion in various art forms. Be it drawing, painting, clay, animation, or dance, it's a chance for them to ignite their passion and explore their interests. With weekly themes like "Character Creations", "Animals at the Art Center!", and "Comic Books & Superheroes", campers get to delve deep into a universe of fantasy and fun. Each camper, apart from getting a hands-on experience in the magical world of art, also gets a summer camp t-shirt to remind them of their artistic journey. However, the fun doesn't stop after the morning and afternoon camps. The Art Center extends its care, offering supervised sessions before and after the camps for an added fee. This includes a lunch hour filled with games and outdoor play, although kids are required to pack their own snacks and lunch. Do note that this extended care is only for those registered in a camp, and additional fees apply for early drop-offs or late pick-ups. But rest assured, it's more than just about the art. It's about helping your kids grow, make new friends, and most importantly, have a whole lot of fun!

Each camp has individual payment terms. You solve all financial issues directly with the organizer of the camp after the registration and sending the application.

The trip to the children's camp is paid directly to the organizer of the camp.

Do I need any approvals or proof of payment?

You can ask for any permits that regulate the work of the camp as well as documents confirming the payment of the package from the organizer of the camp after making the registration or the payment.
