Overview

Mad Science camps are the ultimate destination for young explorers fascinated by aviation, space, robotics, and rocketry. Starting June 2nd through July 25th at New Covenant Lutheran Church, these camps offer an exciting mix of hands-on science activities and educational fun. Campers will embark on thrilling adventures like building and launching rockets, programming robots, and exploring the wonders of space. Programs such as *NASA: Journey into Outer Space* take kids on a voyage through the solar system, teaching them about planets, gravity, and the challenges of space travel. Budding engineers can dive into *Red Hot Robots*, experimenting with sound-sensing and line-tracking robots while building their very own take-home robot. For those interested in flight, *Incredible Flying Machines* introduces the principles of aerodynamics through kite-building and stunt plane testing. Meanwhile, *Rockin’ Rockets* focuses solely on rocketry, letting young scientists design multiple rocket models and participate in daily launches. With a focus on fostering curiosity and creativity, Mad Science camps provide a supportive environment led by dynamic instructors. Each day is packed with engaging experiments, interactive lessons, and plenty of take-home creations to keep the excitement alive even after camp ends. Parents can rest assured knowing their children are gaining valuable STEM skills while having a blast. Whether your child dreams of becoming an astronaut, engineer, or scientist, Mad Science camps offer a summer filled with discovery and inspiration!
