Please note, campers will need to bring their lunch. Also, remember to pack athletic clothing, shoes, a water bottle, and a small gym bag. Upon arrival, all participants will be evaluated to ensure their instructional needs are met throughout the week. And don't worry about medical emergencies, as most camps have an athletic trainer on-site, with hospitals nearby for emergencies.
