This camp is a haven for inquisitive minds aged 10-17, delivering a buffet of engaging activities that span marine biology, arts and crafts, sailing, SCUBA diving, and windsurfing.
The camp's two-week sessions are a whirlwind of learning and fun, with campers given the liberty to choose classes based on their interests. Each class is an adventure, where they delve into marine science, SCUBA, aquatics, or creative expressions. Guest speakers often drop in to share their current research and environmental efforts, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the camp's program.
The marine science program is an oasis of exploration, where the camp’s backyard, brimming with over 400 types of fish, coral, and algae, becomes a living classroom. Campers get to wade, kayak, and even embark on boat trips for field studies. The camp’s triple-hull flattop boats are the vessels of choice for these snorkeling-based explorations, guided by knowledgeable instructors with degrees in Marine Science, Oceanography, or a related field.
For those who prefer a bit more adrenaline, the camp’s SCUBA courses range from basic snorkeling skills to advanced marine investigations. Meanwhile, the aquatics program offers a splash of excitement with sailing, windsurfing, lifeguarding, and kayaking classes.
