The Jolly Lollies summer camp, led by singer-songwriters Liz Corwin and Holly Johnson, offers a fun and engaging musical experience for children ages 3 and up. Based in Charlotte, NC, Liz and Holly are well-known for their work in early childhood music education through preschools and their Music Together programs. At this camp, children will explore music through guided activities that incorporate mindfulness, creativity, and play. Each morning is filled with a variety of experiences, including musical mindfulness exercises, art projects, games, and gross motor activities. The Jolly Lollies also introduce techniques like breathing exercises for self-regulation and yoga poses to enhance focus and mobility—all while encouraging kids to be silly and creative. The camp runs from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Covenant Presbyterian Church on select weeks throughout the summer. It’s a perfect opportunity for young children to develop their love for music while building important social and emotional skills in a relaxed and joyful environment.
