The 4-star Residenz Hochland is located a little away from the centre of Seefeld, next to the Geingenbuehel lift and the ski area for beginners. This is a great place to stay if you are planning to send your child to ski school.

This is where the children are taught on a purpose-built area. It is a 5-7 minute walk to the centre of the village and a 5 minute walk to the ski-bus stop. It is a quiet and picturesque place with stunning views of the mountains and Seefeld.

The hotel is quite cosy, with a high level of cleanliness being maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the service is always with a smile. Rooms are spacious, some need some cosmetic repairs, but overall everything is very tidy and comfortable. Good quality cleaning. The food service is good and there is a special menu for children.

Separately worth mentioning SPA-zone of the hotel with a spacious pool, saunas, steam rooms, where it is really nice to spend time with the whole family.

There is a game room for kids, while older children and parents can relax in the room with billiards, table tennis and slot machines. During the warmer months, the little ones have a great time in the outdoor playground.
