The hotel is located on the road from Neustift to the Stubai Glacier, in the small village of Krossbach, just 5 km from the city centre. The hotel is on the right side of the road. If you are not traveling by car, it is most convenient to order a transfer from the hotel owners from the airport or railway station. The service is provided free of charge.
