Hotel Best Maritim

The Best Maritim is a four-star chain hotel located in the Vilafortuny neighbourhood, 5 km from the town of Cambrils, often called the gastronomic capital of the Costa Dorada. Buses to Barcelona Airport, Salou, PortAventura amusement park and Tarragona stop in front of the hotel.

The hotel complex is practically on the beach, so you can even hear the surf in the rooms in the evenings. A narrow bicycle path separates the hotel and the beach. The beach is clean and sandy, with a smooth entrance to the water, attracting many families with children.

The standard and superior rooms are decorated in warm colours and accommodate up to four people. At your disposal free safe, refrigerator, TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, mini-bar, hairdryer.

Guests can choose "breakfast only", "half board" (if necessary, change lunch for dinner) or "full board" meal plans. On Fridays, the chefs organise "fish night": they cook fish, squid, shrimp, the meat of rapans and mussels according to traditional Mediterranean cuisine recipes.

In the summer season, Hotel Best Maritim has adult and children's animators, a mini-club for children aged 5 to 11, and a playground. In the evening, guests are invited to entertainment shows, cabaret and mini-discos. There are parasols and sun loungers around the children's and adult pools and a bar with a good selection of hot and cold drinks.

The staff is polite and helpful, mostly communicating in Spanish and English.
