The children's ski school in Dorfgastein (Gastein Valley) boasts a huge Gasti Snowpark where children can learn, play, relax and have lunch. The 5,000 square metre area is equipped with children's practice slopes, three conveyor lifts, a ski carousel, a ski tow lift, a practice area at the middle lift station, a tubing slope, a trampoline, a playroom, a kindergarten, toilets and a warm-up room. Like many other children's ski schools in Austria, there are several groups depending on the age of the children.
Mini-Club — lessons for the youngest children aged 3 to 4. Lessons take place in the Kindergarten area of the Gasti Snowpark learning area. It is a 250 square metre children's area with a separate play and recreation room, canteen, ski equipment storage and toilet facilities.
Kids Club — ski lessons for children from 4 to 11 years old. Depending on their ability, children train either in the Gasti Snowpark at the bottom of the lift or up to the middle lift station, where there is also a training area. Once a week there is a ski race for this group, with prizes for all participants.
Teens Club — courses for teens aged 12-17. The course includes many elements of freeride and freestyle. A lot of attention is also paid to downhill skiing. Children are taught in a specially equipped Fun Park.
Group lessons take place with a minimum of three students. A helmet and vest are included in the course price.
