The Florian School in Salzburgerland offers a range of courses tailored to the age and ability of the children. For example, for the youngest skiers, who are already three years old, the Minis programme consists of light, playful two-hour lessons. Children take their first steps on skis, interact with the school's mascot, Flora the cow, and go tubing.
The second course, Kids&Youth, is aimed for children from the age of 4. Depending on their age and ability, your child can take a 2 or 4 hour course. At the end of the course, young skiers take part in a fun and colourful ski race.
The first lessons take place on the school's own gentle slope with two ski lifts, so there's no need to spend money on a ski pass these days.
Groups at the school are small, with a maximum of 8 students.
