The Ski and Snowboard School Wagrain has three children's areas for the youngest skiers. The first is near the Grafenberg lift, the second near the Flying Mozart lift (Kirchboden) and the third near Moadörfl. These three areas are suitable for beginners. Those who are more confident on the slopes can learn and improve their skills directly on the slopes.
The school has also taken care of the little ones for whom a full course would be too difficult. For this category, there is a kindergarten (at Grafenberg and Flying Mozart) where children can spend two hours a day playing outdoor games and learning about skiing.
The standard course is four hours a day, but again, if you think that's too much for your child, you can book a two-hour course — it's easier. For an additional fee, the teachers will accompany your child and spend time with them at lunchtime. On Thursdays the school holds final competitions where no participant goes home without a prize.
The Wagrain Ski and Snowboard School has also developed a special two-hour snowboarding course for children.
