The children's ski school Skischule Leutasch in the village of Leutasch invites children from 3 to 14 years old to take a ski course or improve their existing skills. The little ones have a fun and playful time on the way up to the Kreith lift. The school offers different groups according to age and skiing ability.
For the little ones, aged 3 to 5 years, there is a special light course called "Ski Alpin Bambinikurs" with two hours of lessons per day. If parents are unsure whether their child is ready to work in a group with an instructor, a two-hour trial lesson is offered.
Children from 4 to 15 years old are welcome in the Ski Alpine Children and Youth groups with 4 hours of lessons per day. Depending on the level of skiing, groups are formed from "zero" to "advanced". For an additional fee, the school provides lunch with instructor supervision. Every Friday there is a final competition among the students, with medals and diplomas awarded.
At the end of the course, the child receives a certificate with a marked ski level (1 to 10). The school also offers group (up to 8 people) and private lessons in snowboarding and biathlon.
