There aren't many places on the Costa del Sol where children and parents can enjoy themselves equally. But the Aventura Amazonia Rope Park near the resort of Marbella is one of them. Its advantages include its location, the availability of activities for children of different ages and adults, and the possibility of having an outdoor picnic.
Aventura Amazonia is 500 metres from the beach, in a green area where you can relax even on the hottest days. There are six courses of different difficulty levels amid the trees. Just imagine: you have to go through one without insurance, and small children are supposed to do it! It sounds scary, but the Minikids course for children aged 4-7 is 80 cm above the ground.
Even on ordinary playgrounds, children climb higher. On the route, ten obstacles and one small bungee (or, as they say here, trolls) are waiting for children. Parents do not have to accompany their children on the track: the park's instructors monitor the safety of beginner Tarzans.
Exactly twice as high is the track Kids. Children over six years old will easily cope with 12 obstacles, for which Aventura Amazonia Marbella came up with their names — "Grasshopper", "Giant's Bridge", and "Spider Pipe".
Explorador is a route for those children who visit the rope park not for the first time. And if the parents did not dare to try their hand before, then just on the Explorador route they will be convinced that there is still gunpowder in the powder flasks.
Those not afraid of real difficulties will appreciate Jungla, Aventura and Deportivo courses. The tracks are high, include difficult stages, and even desperate daredevils sometimes rely only on the reliability of insurance. By the way, the park uses certified safety systems that the child cannot unfasten while on the track. The rope park in Marbella has another highlight — the longest zip line in Andalusia. The 250 m long bungee is part of the Aventura route.
After enjoying the adventure, you can sit in the picnic area and dine with pride in yourself. Toddlers who do not sit at the dinner table will be invited to join classes in manufacturing crafts from natural materials.
