Overview
Welcome to the realm of wonder and adventure that is Cub Creek Science Camp, a paradise for young animal enthusiasts. Set amid the scenic beauty of Missouri's Ozark mountains, this camp spreads across a sprawling 240-acre landscape, dotted with modern, air-conditioned cabins, each featuring private bathrooms for comfort and convenience.
At Cub Creek, children don't just learn about animals; they live amongst them. With over 200 animals from 100 different species, including monkeys, sloths, kangaroos, llamas, miniature horses, and an assortment of adorable puppies, kittens, rabbits, and hedgehogs, campers are given the unique opportunity to care for these creatures.
But that's not all. Cub Creek is more than an animal haven; it's a place where children can dip their hands into the world of pottery, unravel mysteries in Crime Science, hone their survival skills, try their hand at archery, experiment with Pool Science, or explore the culinary arts through Cooking. For those with a passion for medical science, the Paramedic course, Animals 101, and Jr. Vet programs offer a fascinating glimpse into the world of animal care.
Cub Creek is not just a summer camp; it's a place where kids make lasting memories, forge enduring friendships, and ignite their curiosity about the natural world. It's a place where one can splash in the pool, explore a cave, feed a monkey, pet a kangaroo, and fall asleep under the starlit Missouri sky. Offering an ACA accredited program, Cub Creek Science Camp invites you and your child to explore the wonders it has to offer.
