Balance is the key here. Training sessions are carefully structured to ensure the right mix of live ball drills and match play, with a hefty dose of strength and movement conditioning thrown in. About a fifth of each session is dedicated to honing the body's strength and agility, providing a well-rounded training experience. 

Students have the option to enroll in the Academy Program either annually or by the semester. But the flexibility doesn't end there. The academy also offers short-term programs, ranging from a single week to several months. These programs are perfect for families looking for a productive and engaging way to fill holiday breaks or the long summer vacation. Upon arrival, short-term students are assessed and incorporated into the program at the appropriate level. This ensures that every child finds their place and can thrive in this vibrant tennis community.
