The Wake Forest Summer Immersion Program offers high school students a unique opportunity to explore the dynamic world of business through its Business Institute. This week-long, hands-on learning experience is available both on-campus in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and online, providing flexibility for students from various locations. A Comprehensive Business Education Participants will delve into essential business topics such as finance, strategy, marketing, operations, and business analytics. Engaging Hands-On Experiences The Business Institute offers a variety of hands-on experiences that enhance learning: Collaborate with Wake Forest University (WFU) business professors and industry experts. Engage in team-building exercises and project management workshops. Participate in a team project presentation, showcasing the knowledge gained throughout the week. Network with business leaders and visit local businesses to gain real-world insights. A Day in the Life Students start their day with a morning meeting and breakfast, followed by sessions led by academic leaders like Dr. Justin Martin. The schedule includes live panels with business leaders, workshops on business modeling, financial analysis, and networking activities. Evenings are reserved for recreational activities and free time. Program Details Eligibility: Open to current high school students in grades 9-12.
