Berghaus Tirol - Luxus Apartement is a three-minute walk from the centre of Seefeld, where there are plenty of family entertainment, shops and ski schools (the nearest one is 150 metres away). 

The building is located at the foot of the Geigenbühel mountain, 400m from the Hochangerbahn and 700m from the Rosschütte chairlift. The Brunnenthalchanze ski jump and the Toni Seelos Olympic ski jump are less than 2 km away. A free shuttle-bus service to the ski areas is available and stops 50 metres from the apartments. 

One-bedroom apartments, suitable for a family of four are offered for a cosy stay. Each one is equipped with a kitchenette with a dishwasher and a microwave oven. 

The spacious apartments have a modern living room with fireplace, two LCD TVs, Wi-Fi access, and a large balcony. Freshly baked bread and groceries can be delivered to guests' rooms upon request. The nearest shops and restaurants are 150 metres away. Private parking is available out front for guests' vehicles.
