The Ski and Snowboard School Sport Alpin is located in Zell am See resort and offers its services in several ski areas, including the Areitbahn and Sonnenalm Bahn. There are separate areas for children's lessons — the "Snowis Kinderwelten" — where children take their first steps and learn to ski in an easy and playful way.
As the children are divided into age groups, there are several clubs at the school:
- The Sport Alpin Mini Club offers childcare for children from the age of one. The school has two rooms with playgrounds:
- Kindergarten No. 1 Schmittenhöhenbahn — the valley station of the Sonnenalmbahn.
- Kindergarten No. 2: Areitbahn valley station, next to the Car Park II of the Areitbahn, Flugplatzstraße 16 in Schüttdorf.
Located next to the training slopes, the children's areas can be accessed without a ski pass.
- The Kiddy Club Sport Alpin invites children from three to four years old to take lessons. Lessons take place in the specially equipped "Snowis Children's Worlds" and combine educational and fun elements (every day except Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00). Children can switch to a children's ski school group or mini club at any time. At the end of the course the children take part in a group competition.
- The children's ski school for kids from 4 years of age offers 4 hours of lessons from Sunday to Thursday. At the end of the course the children take part in a group competition and all participants receive certificates and medals.
