The AlpenParks Residence is located 300 m from the center of Zell am See. The ski lift is only a 5-minute walk away and the cable car, 400 m away, provides access to the Kaprun skiing area, famous for its toboggan runs and cross-country skiing trails.
The location of apartments is good for family holidays — near the building there is a stop of free ski bus, there are many shops and restaurants wihin walking distance. A 10-minute walk - a park with a lake and a playground.
You may book 2 and 4-bedroom apartments. All have kitchenettes with dishwashers, flat-screen satellite TVs, and free Wi-Fi. The balcony offers beautiful mountain and lake views. A bicycle and ski equipment storage room and a parking space in the parking lot are provided.
