Agoura Art Camp operates as a day camp, providing a safe and welcoming environment rather than overnight lodging. Campers spend their days in bright, comfortable facilities designed for creativity and learning. Art studios, performance areas, and outdoor play zones are arranged to encourage collaboration and exploration. Shaded areas and indoor spaces offer relief from the summer heat, and each activity area is supervised by experienced counselors. The campus is thoughtfully organized to balance fun, safety, and accessibility for all campers.
Meals
Campers enjoy nutritious, freshly prepared meals and snacks that keep them energized throughout the day. The camp emphasizes balanced, child-friendly options, with attention to allergies and dietary needs. We have two snack breaks and one lunch break throughout the day. Campers have time to eat their snack or lunch as well as time to play in the yard with their group. Lunchtime is a relaxed and social part of the day, allowing campers to unwind and share their experiences with friends. Hydration stations and regular snack breaks ensure that campers stay refreshed during active play and creative sessions.
Medicine
The camp maintains a strong focus on camper health and wellness. Parents are asked to provide detailed medical information before camp begins, including any allergies or prescribed medications. A designated health supervisor manages first aid, daily medication routines, and any minor injuries that may occur. Staff members are trained in basic medical response and CPR, ensuring that campers receive attentive care at all times.
Security
Safety is a top priority at Agoura Art Camp. The camp grounds are fully secured, with check-in and check-out procedures that ensure each child is released only to authorized adults.
