Overview

Welcome to a wonderland of fun and adventure, where the spirit of camaraderie thrives in the fresh Maine air - welcome to Camp Kippewa. This all-girls haven is a place where girls aged 7 to 15 can break free from the mold and craft their own summer stories. Every day is an exciting new chapter as campers pick from a smorgasbord of activities, making each week a custom-made adventure. The heartwarming atmosphere at Kippewa is the canvas on which these young girls paint their summer memories. It's a place where they can be true to themselves, spark new friendships, and bravely explore new heights, both literally and figuratively. Kippewa's Arts program is a vibrant tapestry of over 20 different disciplines, from traditional Fine Arts & Crafts to the lively world of Dance & Theater. The camp's equestrian program is renowned, with top-notch facilities that give girls the chance to ride daily. The glistening waters of Lake Cobbosseecontee serve as the backdrop for thrilling water sports, including waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, and kayaking. And for those who prefer dry land, there's an array of sports to choose from, like tennis, gymnastics, softball, and lacrosse. The camp's location in picturesque Maine is a gateway to nature's playground. Girls enjoy ocean sailing trips, beach days, wilderness hikes, and canoe trips. And let's not forget the shared joys with their brothers at Camp Cobbossee, just a stone's throw away, through weekly get-togethers and special events. At Camp Kippewa, the summer is a magical journey, and every girl is the author of her own adventure.
