Overview
With the promise of an open summer in 2024, Hidden Valley Camp is the idyllic retreat your kids have been longing for. With over six decades of experience, this co-ed camp is renowned for offering a myriad of high-quality programs, focusing on the arts and the great outdoors.
Your children, aged between 8 to 14 years, will be spoiled for choice with a non-competitive, elective schedule that allows them to indulge in activities ranging from English riding and mountain biking, to pottery and stained glass crafting. And if that wasn't enough, they'll even get to interact with llamas and other farm animals!
Located on a tranquil 350-acre farm in coastal Maine, the camp boasts a private lake and heated pool, perfect for boating, swimming and soaking in the sun. The camp's professional staff, with an average age of 24, are thoroughly trained in empathy, health and wellness, and risk management, ensuring your child's safety is a top priority.
A balance of structure and freedom provides a nurturing environment where your child can grow, learn and have fun. Parents are welcomed to visit any day, to soak in the camp's peaceful atmosphere.
A parent of a happy camper once remarked, “It’s gratifying to place your child in an environment so carefully orchestrated to provide freedom, camaraderie, and opportunity to create and perform without fear - a place a child can be completely themselves within an atmosphere that balances warmth and support with challenge and responsibility - and pure fun.”
So, pack those bags, leave the TV and cell phones behind, and let your kids embark on a journey of creativity, exploration, and self-discovery at Hidden Valley Camp.
