The Design Lab for K-12 Education at NC State’s College of Design offers an immersive summer camp experience that introduces students to the exciting world of design. Through hands-on projects and collaborative learning, campers will explore design as a way of thinking and problem-solving. Whether they’re creating 2D or 3D designs or engaging in interdisciplinary projects, students will gain valuable skills that go beyond the classroom.
This camp is ideal for middle and high school students who are curious about design and want to develop their creative abilities. With guidance from College of Design faculty, alumni, and students, campers will work on projects that challenge their imagination and critical thinking. The program emphasizes the importance of design in everyday life and encourages students to see how their creativity can shape the future.
For those looking to explore potential college pathways in design or simply enhance their problem-solving skills, NCSU’s College of Design Summer Camp offers a unique and enriching experience.
