Hotel Pongauerhof

The 4-star Pongauerhof enjoys an ideal location in the village of Flachau: between the two ski lifts Achter Jet and Star Jet1, which can be reached on foot or by bus (the skibus stop is just outside the hotel). Pongauerhof is a family-run hotel, and the owners are very friendly and cater to each of their guests.

Children are given high priority here, with family rooms, a games room and a spacious playground with an outdoor pool in summertime. Twice a week, there are special evenings for younger guests. There is also an on-site mini-club where children up to 6 years old can be taken care of at an extra cost.

Half board is available with a buffet breakfast and a choice of four-course evening meals and a salad bar. Children who are already eating from the adults' table can choose a dish from the children's menu (this menu is not suitable for little kids).

Considering that most of the hotel guests are families with children, accommodation options here are quite varied for this category of holidaymakers, ranging from standard one-room family rooms, two-room studios to family suites in a separate building 50 metres from the hotel, which are equipped with a kitchen and allow self-catering.  

Overall, the hotel is very pleasant, well located and, thanks to its infrastructure, excellent for holidays with children.
