The cozy 4-star Hotel Mitterhofer is a family-friendly place to stay. The complex is clean, neat, with well-equipped rooms, most of which have a stunning view of the slopes.
The hotel has a very good location in terms of skiing: just 200 m away is the Planai cable car, as well as ski schools and equipment rental offices. After active skiing you can relax in a well-equipped spa area (swimming pool, hammam, sauna, steam room, massage). The pool is free, but you have to pay for other spa services. In the summer season there is an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing terrace and a bicycle rental service.
The restaurant offers a variety of dining options. For the little ones, there is a separate children's menu with mashed potatoes, steamed meat, rice, soups and vegetables. Adults can taste delicious dishes of Austrian, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
For children there is a playground and a room where they can draw, make puzzles or a construction set, read books and watch cartoons.
