Ski School 1. The Wildschönau Ski School is located in the centre of Niederau ( Alpbach-Wildschönau Ski Resort) and offers its adult and junior students professional instructors, good learning conditions and lots of fun throughout the course. For children there is a special area called "Bobo's Children's Club" with a "magic carpet", a ski carousel, a snow slide and learning structures and parts.
In case you are not sure if your child is ready for group classes, you can book a trial lesson at the school. This option is available for children aged 3.5 to 5 years. A standard lesson lasts 4 hours per day, during the lunch break your child can be left with the group and the teacher for lunch (paid extra).
In BOBO's KINDER CLUB, children (4-9 years) learn to ski with lots of fun and enjoyment. Teenagers (10-14 years) learn to ski on the slopes and in the amusement park. Advanced children improve their technique in a fun way.
Lesson times: Sunday to Thursday from 9.45-11.45 and 13.30-15.30.
Beginners courses start on Sundays only.
Every Thursday there is a Bobo Olympics — a competition in which the students of the school demonstrate their skills. What's a competition without prizes? At the end of the race, in a festive atmosphere, all participants are rewarded by the instructors and the school's cheerful mascot, Bobo the penguin. The ski school has a mini club where you can leave your child with a babysitter for half a day or the whole day (until 15:30). The club is open to children aged two and over. In addition to skiing, the school also offers snowboarding lessons.
