The Aktiv Ski School in Niederau (Alpbach-Wildschönau ski resort) welcomes children and adults who want to learn the basics of skiing or snowboarding or improve their existing skills as quickly as possible.
The school is located in the village itself and has its own fenced children's area with all the necessary equipment and learning accessories. The school's mascot is the cheerful dragon Akti, who often visits the young skiers.
The highlights of the Aktiv Niederau Ski School are:
- The Akti adventure zone with its "magic carpet";
- A special theme programme for children - Adventure Week;
- Free drinks and snacks for beginners during lessons;
- Babysitting at lunchtime (extra charge)
- Children's ski show;
- Children's competitions with prize giving.
Children aged three to five can take the Bambini Light course in mini groups of three to six. With a variety of skiing activities, games and animations, even the youngest skiers will be able to ski with a professional instructor and learn to love the sport. You'll be amazed at what our little ones can learn in just one week. Bambini lessons last half a day with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 children per group.
Bambini group lessons always start on Sundays and on request on Mondays.
For children between the ages of two and five who don't yet attend lessons, the ski school opens the doors of the Akti Mini Dragons Club, which is equipped with a small kitchen, a play area, a relaxation corner, a video room and a creative area. During the day, the children are supervised by teachers and can play both indoors and outdoors.
