Climbing
Climbing makes you physically and mentally strong, you can take on challenges and trust yourself. Climbing is booming and there is no end to the number of people who want to try it at the centre. The SALEWA KletterKitz climbing gym is 850 m² and 17 metres high. From the very beginning, you can learn to climb in "objective" safety. There is no danger of falling rocks, no crumbling rocks, no long climbs and no bad weather.
Tennis
A long tradition of tennis is at the heart of Kitzbühel's highly professional tennis education and training. The 3 indoor and 6 outdoor courts invite tennis enthusiasts to hit the yellow ball at the net. The courts are well maintained and designed according to ATP rules. At the Kitzbühel Tennis Club, special attention is paid to the training of children and teenagers with a team of specialist coaches. Courses for children, teenagers and adults are offered on a regular basis. Special offers are available for women.
Ice hockey
More happens in ten seconds of ice hockey than in 90 minutes of football or handball. That is why the fastest of all team sports has so many fans. The appeal and popularity of ice hockey continues to grow. The 60 m long, 30 m wide and 15 m high ice hockey arena is the ideal place for all hockey fans. With a capacity for 1700 fans and spectators, top quality ice and fantastic acoustics, it is the ideal venue for team training, competitions and international championships. "Die Adler" Stadtwerke Kitzbühel Hockey Club Kitzbühel plays at a high level and is well known for its children's and youth training.
Ice Rink
The ice rink in the Sports Park is a great place to go skating and an alternative for schools for (sports) lessons. There is also great music every Friday evening during the ice season.
Curling
The Sports Park in Kitzbühel is home to the Austrian National Curling Centre — the only curling hall in Austria. In addition to the possibility to play and train, various tournaments and championships as well as the Austrian Championships are held here. You and your friends, family or employees are also welcome. Free dates for social curling — beginners are also welcome to try their hand.
Bowling
Enjoy a game of bowling at the Kitzbühel Sports Centre! Bowling is a popular pastime for young and old, whatever the weather, and it's great fun! Next to the SKY Lounge are 2 modern, fully automatic bowling alleys, ready and waiting for you to enjoy a game of bowling.
The Sports Centre is also a popular venue for cultural and corporate events, concerts, presentations, exhibitions, sports competitions and championships, which take place on a large 1800 square metre stage built especially for this purpose. Keep an eye on the city's calendar of events and you're sure to catch one of these events or concerts. If you get hungry, there is a café, bar and cosy Tyrolean restaurant on the site.
