The wax "inhabitants" of the place are arranged in nine rooms, each dedicated to a particular theme. In the first room, for example, there are figures of famous politicians, including O. Bismarck, A. Merkel, B. Obama, W. Churchill and others.

The most modern inhabitants of the museum are the robots that greet visitors. One gives tips on how to get around the museum, another gives information about the exhibits and a third plays for fun by chasing a ball around the lobby.

Adults will be nostalgic, while children will be amazed and intrigued to see the first games, which are very different from today's. For example, you'll see a table tennis machine specially designed to simulate a game of table tennis and a giant joystick that requires two hands to operate.

Scientists estimate that the village was built about 800 years ago. The ancient foundations were rebuilt and the Düppel Village Museum is now open to visitors.
