Apartements Maria-Theresia

Maria-Theresia Apartments are located in the village of Serfaus, just 50 metres from the Dorfbahn station. This silent transport service takes tourists to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area in a couple of minutes. 

A cross-country ski trail runs right next to the apartment. The centre of the resort can be reached on foot in five minutes. During the summer months the rates include a Super Sommercard, which gives guests access to numerous benefits and free use of the adventure park and babysitting services six days a week.

One or two-bedroom apartments are available for booking. They are equipped with kitchenettes and appliances for self-cooking, and an en suite bathroom. Baby cots are available on request. Children up to the age of 14 can get a substantial discount on a parent's room in the apartment.

There is a seating area with a TV, and Wi-Fi access is available in the rooms. There is a vending machine on site, where drinks are available 24 hours a day. 

There is a sauna for those who want to relax after an active holiday. There is a playground for children outdoors. 

Horseriding lessons are available near the property and children will enjoy playing with the horses. The whole family can explore the local trails on foot or by bike (transport can be hired at an extra charge), or go fishing in the beautiful lake.
