The Bernkogel is 25 m² in size and can accommodate 1-2 people. The room has a double bed, a bathroom and a north-facing balcony.

Seekar is approximately 26 square metres and can accommodate 1-2 people. The room consists of a double bed, bathroom, south-east facing balcony. Possibility of an extra bed for a child.

Zwolferkogel is 38-43 m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. There is a double bed, 1 or 2 sofas, a bathroom and a balcony.

Reiterkogel is a new room (2012) with an area of about 40 square meters, which can accommodate 2 or 3 people. Includes a double bed, corner sofa and an extra bed for a child, bathroom, west-facing balcony.

The Gamshag is 49-55 square metres in size and can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + child. Suite with separate living and sleeping area, bathroom with separate shower and separate WC with bidet. The room overlooks the garden. Parking in the underground car park free of charge.

Penhab is a two-storey room for 2 people and has an area of 59 m2. Bedroom, living room, bathroom with separate shower, WC with bidet, terrace, panoramic views. Possibility of an extra bed for a child. Parking in underground car park free of charge.

Schattberg - room renovated in 2011. Maximum occupancy for 3-5 people. The room area is 38 sq. m. King-size bed, corner sofa, separate children's area with a bunk bed or cot. The room has no balcony. 

Gaisstein - room area is 46-55 square metres. Maximum occupancy is 3-5 people. Corner sofa, double bed, 1-2 sofas in the parents' room, separate room for children with bunk beds or cot, south-east facing balcony or terrace, bathroom.

Asitz - room of 60 square metres with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. There is a parents' room with a double bed, a corner sofa and a sofa bed, a separate room for up to 3 children, a south-east facing balcony and a bathroom.

Hochalm is a room renovated in 2012. The two-storey room is 60 sqm and sleeps 4-6 people. One bedroom/living room, one bedroom on the top floor with 2-3 beds, balcony. Parking space in the underground car park free of charge.

Mittagskogel is a new room of 60 m² for 4-5 people in 2012. One bedroom/living room, separate bedroom, south-east facing balcony. Complimentary underground parking space.

Tristkogel room, renovated in 2012. A 60 sqm room with three rooms spread over two floors. Maximum occupancy for 6 persons. Bedroom/living room, bedroom and small children's room with bunk beds. Balcony facing south-west. 

Alpengarten is a room that was renovated in 2012. The 60 sqm room can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Two bedrooms, living room, northwest-facing balcony (garden), bathroom. Complimentary underground parking space.

Sonnspitz is a three-room apartment, consisting of a living room and two bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with separate shower, separate bathroom, without balcony, with windows overlooking the garden. Room for 3 to 6 persons.

The hotel also offers 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments with kitchen in the neighbouring building "Hotel Johann", which is connected to the Gartnhotel Theresia by a passage.

Kidpassage recommends: Rooms overlooking the road are cheaper, but also more noisy due to traffic and the noise of the river. Rooms with a garden view are quieter, but with less scenic views
