Overview
The four-star Kesselgrubs Ferienwelt boasts the largest number of services for little ones in Altenmarkt - from the area around the buildings with a playground, a small farm with animals, a swimming pond during the warm season to the children's infrastructure inside the building. So, it's no surprise that almost all guests here are families with children of all ages.
The hotel consists of several buildings, which are situated next to each other and share the same grounds. A ski bus stops just 40 metres from the complex and takes you to the slopes. Rooms range from the standard rooms in the main house to the self-catering apartments in the guest houses. They're all bright, clean and spacious.
The owners of Kesselgrubs have made sure that the holiday is comfortable for both children and their parents. A special baby package is available which includes a free cot, bathtub, potty, changing mat, highchair, baby monitor, baby carrier and much more. Older children can have a great time in the 100 m² playroom or the indoor swimming pool.
In winter, there is the 'Winter.Wunder.Land' club for children aged 2-6, which includes not only outdoor games and a winter carousel, but also a preparatory skiing course (included in the accommodation price) — thanks to this kids will get their first steps on skis. In the warm season, pony rides, go-karts, sandpits, a playground with slides, foot cars, and a special entertainment program with staff are offered.
Meals at the hotel are of high quality and varied, with a separate menu for children and baby food in jars for the youngest guests.
