Appartements Living Schönwies are located 150 m from the city center. Thanks to its good location, they are suitable for family holidays. In the immediate vicinity of the complex are Lake Zeller, entertainment center with swimming pool and ice-skating rink. 

The ski area Schmittenhoe is 280 meters from the apartments. Ski passes can be purchased both near the ski lift and directly in the complex. For skis and boots storage there is a room equipped with a shoe dryer. 

Appartements Living Schönwies offer two- and three-bedroom apartments. Rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and all necessary appliances for self-cooking. The grocery store is a two-minute walk away, so you won't have any problems with buying groceries. Guests are also offered the option of serving breakfast in their room.

All rooms are soundproofed, so nothing will disturb the sleep of the guests. Moreover, the apartments have infrared sauna with color therapy system, where you can relax after an active day in the mountains.
