Ski Schools in Austria

At the middle station of the Sonnenbahn cable car, children and their parents are greeted by Berta the cow, the owner of Berta's Kinderland, a large winter amusement park.  Children have a great opportunity to learn about winter sports in a playful way and to visit the ski school.

At the Murmli Hut, located right in the skating area, children are greeted by many life-size wooden figures. There are goats, cows, eagles and sheep to climb on and play with.

There are four conveyor belts, a rope lift, a wave area and a variety of colourful structures for training and competition. All activities are carried out in an easy and playful way.

Depending on the age of the students, there are different groups in the school: Club Pingo (ages 3 to 5, 2.5 hours per day), Kids (ages 4-7, 2.5 hours per day).

The Fiss-Ladis Ski School is a great way to teach your child to ski in a fun and easy way. This is mainly due to the school's rich and varied infrastructure, which is completely child-friendly.

The Absolut Ski School in Flachauwinkle offers a ski course and lots of fun with instructors, peers and the school mascot, Rusty Raby, who will accompany and support the children in the final competition.

The Activ Ski School has small groups (5 people on average). In the children's area there is a mini ski lift, a carousel and a kindergarten. At lunchtime the children eat under the supervision of the instructors (extra charge).

The school is located in the village and has its own fenced children's area with all the necessary equipment and learning accessories. The school's mascot is the cheerful dragon Akti, who often visits the young skiers.

Alpbach Aktiv, located in the village of Alpbach, offers several options for children and their parents: for non-skiing children aged two to four, an active, supervised holiday programme at the Kids Centre

The Ski and Snowboard School Alpbach/Inneralpbach provides services for those who choose to stay in the ski resorts of Inneralpbach or Alpbach during their holidays. This is where the beginners' training areas and the school offices are located.

The Skischule Alpin ski school in the spa town of Hopfgarten has been awarded the Snowsport Tirol — Quality Award, which guarantees the quality and professionalism of the instructors working there.

The Angerer Ski School is located near the Gipfelbahn Fulseck I cable car and offers its services not only in Dorfgastein, but also in the surrounding villages of the Gastein Valley.
