Schwaiger Appartements is located next to the ski slopes and offers a beautiful view of the lake. Due to the successful location in the center of the town of Zell am See, the complex is popular among families with children: there are many stores and restaurants nearby. Cableway Schmittenhöhe is a 10-minute walk from the complex, and the bus stop for skiers — right next to the building. 

You may book apartments with 2 bedrooms, as well as studios with modern renovation. All of them are equipped with mini-kitchens and dining area, so the guests can cook food in the rooms. Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your room every morning upon request. Rooms include flat-screen cable TVs, a seating and dining area. 

From May 15 to October 15, guests at the apartment complex can get Zell-am-See Kaprun cards for discounts at the ski resort and free entry to the cable car and local attractions. Active recreation enthusiasts and those who come here with a family can rent sleds at the aparthotel in winter or go to Lake Zeller on bicycles in summer. There you can do a variety of water sports. There is a mini-golf course 3 km from the Schwaiger Appartements. Private parking and Wi-Fi access are available on site.
