Water Parks in Alicante

The first Spanish water park, Aqualandia Benidorm, was built in 1985 in the Sierra Helada Nature Park. Today it covers an area of about 150,000 square metres and has slides and pools for children and adults.

Although Benidorm has beautiful beaches and a clear sea, many enjoy the Aqua Natura artificial wave pool. It features waterfalls and geysers, as well as a spa area. Adjacent to the pool is a sandy beach with sun loungers, umbrellas, several bars, and a green picnic area.

There are 7 restaurants, cafés and kiosks in the water park. Their menus are primarily fast food, but you can bring your food to the waterpark (except for drinking in glass containers). Aquapolis Waterpark is outdoors, so wearing sunscreen and headgear is a good idea.
